There a number of reasons why I think it should be more affordable:

  1. It is old (2007) and probably dated (I don't have the book so I don't really know that, do I?)
  2. It is in paperback
  3. There is a secondary market
  4. There are a number of other good subsitutes

What am I missing? Is it the most awesome book ever? Should I pay the $269?
