Earlier today, John posted a quote from NC Transportation Secretary Tony Tata (teehee–he said tata) that referred to "ivory tower elitists' filing lawsuits 'from their air-conditioned offices in Chapel Hill.' This afternoon, a colleague sent me this picture from the ivory tower in Columbus.
